The workshop on Digital and virtual technologies for urban peripheries and their
heritage aims at analysing the triangulation of these 3 concepts:
heritage / periphery / digitization.

Date, venue and format
The workshop will have a hybrid format:

• Face to face at UNIBO for the professors and doctoral students of the University of Bologna, the researchers involved in the project of the chair and other members of the TRT2 who wish to attend in person (self-financing with assistance from the budget of their projects, research groups or grants from their university).
• Online: for participants who wish to attend virtually.

The duration of the workshop will be 1 day, 9:00 – 18:00.
The main language will be English.

Call for presentations
All researchers are invited to submit expressions of interest to share with the TRT2 research community a short oral presentation of their work (10 minutes). It seeks to advance on the basis of presentations that reflect on the challenges of knowledge of the digital cultural heritage of/in the periphery(ies). Presentations on on-going research are welcomed!
