The Visibility & Mobility Module provides for the possibility of financing the following categories:

1. Active participation in high-profile international conferences within a given discipline or disciplines in which the doctoral student conducts research (up to PLN 15,000);
2. Open access fees (applicant as first author or corresponding author).

Within 14 days from the date of completion of the activity, the participant submits documents confirming mobility or purchasing OA in the ID zone of the Jagiellonian University. In addition to the substantive report, please attach the financial report.

In addition, we would like to remind you that:

• Doctoral students should submit an Application for support in the Visibility module before the planned trip to the conference.
• Before each delegation trip, doctoral students are required to submit a Travel Application to the PI, even if they have not received funding on the day of the trip.
• The deadline for submitting an application to PI by the departing person is the day before the start of the journey.
