BUDAPEST Thursday – Friday, 6-7th of October 2022
The conference aims to gather young researchers and PhD students from selected scientific disciplines and legal branches and provide them with an opportunity to present their research results in English in the form of an approximately 25-minutes-long presentation before an international audience consisting of senior and junior researchers. The participants will have the chance to present on the following topics:
• Certain issues of adoption in the light of the European Convention on Human Rights Law
• Development of Space Law in the Central and Eastern European Region
• Financial Autonomy of Local Self-Governments
• Legal Position and Rights of the Consumer in the Event of a Lack of Conformity of the Goods with the Contract
• Legislative framework of the crime of torture in the regulation and jurisdiction of certain Central European countries
• Protection of the Environment in National Constitutional Law in the light of the Jurisdiction of the ECHR
• Theoretical and Practical Issues of Human Reproductive Procedures
Each topic will constitute a separate panel within the conference. Particular panels will be organized by participants of the Central European Junior Programme, conducting research in the given field.

• Registration first becomes effective with an abstract submission of a maximum of 300 words.
• Deadline for abstract submission: 25.06.2022
